Layouts

The biggest issue we faced when discussing the year book is how best to apply our concept to the layouts as a whole and the imagery. We decided no photo's should include us as students at all, as we want to focus on the work, and some of the restrictions for layouts we discussed includes full bleed images, minimal text and of course the QR code.

Luke came with the first couple of layouts, which we then preceeded to pull apart, move round and generally play with. We settled on the end few, with the fine vertical lines at the limits of the spread with the name and contact details in, plus small photo of the student with the QR code.

For the background we've decided to go with white and gray, especially linking in the front page. If i'm honest there's something about the final spreads i'm not happy with but of course thats to be worked on should our pitch move forward.
