Again with Collective Approach, very simple logo using specific type and a simple circular ring around the outside. Also something I need to learn to apply to my work more is manipulating existing type rather than just sticking it on. Here the A and the & are interconnected so they've obviously altered the two characters slightly rather than just let them sit alone.
