SP logo developments

Trying to work with some new fonts, the sharper ones seem to work better with the round logo than the fat rounded one i had before. Tried a lot of manipulation of type, some worked, some didnt (for example i really liked the 'N' and its points so i tried to alter the 'M' to do something similar but it doesnt work next to the 'A') and shortening the other characters like the P, L and E.

Looking back at the fonts i've used previous something doesnt sit right. Maybe they're too chunky, or too abstract or just not fitting with the logo itself. They seem to fit with other logos from the context in which it would appear, on sites such as LoopMasters, but it's just not working. So i'm going for a finer, sans-serif font, maybe a bit more sophisticated. Some of these are too fine, so i'll just bold them or add a stroke see how that works.
